I agree with James. You should probably see if Subway would buy your web site. I think the age limit of 13 is due to legal and privacy reasons. Doesn't stop a kid from getting someone else to redeem the prize for them....

Y, on the other hand, you're never going to see. The odds of winning the hybrid are 1 in 790,000,000. You're more likely to get killed on the way to Subway than to make it there alive and get a Y. The odds of winning $100,000 are 1 in 42.5 billion. Good luck.
The fact is that the chances are Subway won't give out ANY of the big prizes because most people who eat subs there don't care about this game and most of the "rare" pieces will either be thrown away or not recognized as rare.
Enjoy the free cookies/sodas. You're not going to get the hybrid, the cash, or even the Scrabble board game. Not even if your loyalty to Subway rivals that of the almighty Jared.

Anyway, in order for these games to comply they actually do have to have all the avalible pieces. Now the problem resides in the fact that there is not a rule governing when the winning pieces get sent out into circulation. Technically if they produuce the winning pieces and put them on say a cup, then ship it out towards the end of the game, it is quite possible that the game will end before the piece is "ACTUALLY" out into circulation and not sitting in a box waiting to be used. My aunt is promotions director for general mills, so that is my referance on the federal laws... Just a hint, read the terms of service... your won't acutally just win the hybrid. you will be entered into a drawing for it. (which is not that bad of a deal because remember how many y's there is?)
Sorry about my above spelling... I also forgot to mention that since there is "no purchase required" by law they have to provide a way to get game pieces... You can request game pieces at the address listed on the side of the subway cups. You may not request a specific game piece. I have been playing sweepstakes and such like this for a couple of years, and let me tell you a big secret. Keep trying. Enter many sweepstakes. You will win something, there is no question. It's like playing cards without skill it's all about odds. if you get b five hundred times, good for you, if you think about it take that B and sign up for another account, and build off of that one. not only does your odds multipy, but soon they go crazy, not only do you have the chance to win something big, you could win more instant prizes. I've one many things, from money,to a small boat, and i'm only 18. Go figure. It's only worth as much effort as you put into it. trust me.

I know someone who spelled Diamond. For what its worth. I have been collecting game pieces in orlando fl, I drove about a half hour away and saw a subway on the corner in a place called Chuluota fl...a small town. the subway was in a gas station and i was talking to the girl making the subs and she said that a lady got all excited cause she got the N I think it was, so they are giving them out...I am having trouble getting anything...I need G, F, N, V, Or A to spell 5 different words. To everyone looking for or selling a 'Y': Please note that this game is going on in Canada as well as the U.S., and in Canada, the words to be spelled are completely different. As it turns out, 'Y' is a common letter in the Canadian game, and the Canadian letters are not valid in the U.S. (and vice versa). So before you go paying thousands of dollars to someone selling you a 'Y', make sure it is an american 'Y'.
